If there’s one thing you should know about us, it’s that we love a celebration. And trust that this occasion is no exception — we’re pulling out all the stops this New Year’s Eve.

Think oysters and bubbles to start, bites of steamed idli with Raffa Fields asparagus and chutney, smoky baingan bharta tucked into crisp tartlets, and corn pancakes bright with preserved green chillies and crème fraîche. Maybe a few Goolwa pippies bathing in tomato rasam, maybe some lentil doughnuts passing through — you get the idea.

Then, the main event: spit-roasted Meredith Dairy goat served with lemon achaar, fragrant pulao, cucumber and radish raita, and a few fresh additions from the garden to balance it all out.

We’ll finish with something sweet and summery — a Mango ‘Dolly’ with vanilla crèmeux and cashew nut praline — before we raise a glass to the year ahead.
