This Mother’s Day, we’ve prepared a long lunch comprised of flavours that take us back to the family table.

Over 4 courses, we share recipes from the matriarchs in our lives. The keerai masiyal in our tartlet is a recipe from Adi’s mother, while the achaar tumbled through the kingfish tartare comes from Saavni’s grandmother. We finish with our version of an ice cream cake simply because our mothers love it.

Each plate carries a story; cooked, spiced and presented our way.
