Our current Quick Fixe menu begins with chickpea fritters topped with green tomato chutney, braised green tartlets and school prawns sprinkled with dehydrated lasun chutney. BBQ pork jowl and twice-cooked chioggia pumpkin follows, alongside fermented chilli flatbread bathed in garlic butter.
